Our Promise & Warranty

To back up this promise, we offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry, covering both our frames and lenses.

 

LIFETIME Frame Warranty

  • Your HILX frame is guaranteed for life against manufacturing and material defects under normal use.
  • Should such a defect occur, we will repair or replace the frame.

3-Year Lens Warranty

  • Starting from November 20th, 2025, your original HILX lenses are warranted against flaking, delamination, and coating issues for three (3) years from the original purchase date.

 

What is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, including superficial scratches and cosmetic fading.
  • Products that have been modified or altered without our authorization.
  • Dissatisfaction with product fit or size.
